Prior to starting Dinkal Agro Products, Mr. S. B. Bhatt had worked with one of the top pesticide companies in India - RALLIS India, Ltd. (Mumbai, India) as their Production Supervisor and, later, Production Manager. During his 10 years at RALLIS, he gained rich, diverse management and production experience, while developing several new formulations.
Next, Mr. S. B. Bhatt started a small re-packaging unit for Sandoz India Ltd. Given his excellent reputation in the industry, he started jobwork for global customers such as CIBA, BASF, HOECHST, BPM, Monsanto and De-Nocil, which is now Dow Agro Sciences (DAS), a subsidiary of Dow Chemicals, USA as well as Dow Chemicals International, India. Mr Bhatt then went on to win awards from the Government of India such as the Udyog Rattan and Udyog Shree for innovation and excellence in the Agrochemical Industry in the 1980s.
For the last fifteen years, Mr. S. B. Bhatt has pioneered the industry-leading formulation and manufacture of granulated organic fertilisers such as Humicil-G and Humicil Liquids for Dow Agro Sciences (DAS), a subsidiary of Dow Chemicals, USA. He has also developed several generic granulated pesticide and fertiliser formulations for various multi-national agrochemical companies. In particular, organic humus-based fertiliser and neem-based biopesticide formulations are core strengths.
We have pioneered several manufacturing technologies for agrochemical formulations (organic and synthetic) in various forms: Dusts, Emulsifiable Concentrates (EC), granules, spray-dry powders, soluble powders (SP), suspension concentrates (SC), soluble concentrates (SL),andwettable powders (WP).
Our current greenfield site where we perform formulation efficacy tests. We perform tests based on standard randomized-block designs. We have created Humic, Fulvic and Seaweed-based formulations as well as combinations that have shown great plant growth yields.
We’ve been privileged to have decades of multi-national and Indian customer partnerships. We have deep technical expertise and a growing manufacturing capacity with a robust supply chain for high-quality raw and packaging material. This enables our customers to rely on us and trust that products we provide them will be of premium quality and highly effective.
Based on our capabilities, we provide our customers with new product concepts and work with them from defining product marketing collateral to designing packaging and labeling of finished goods. We have a highly experienced design team that is very knowledgeable and resourceful, yet nimble and flexible to suit customer needs.
After product conception, we perform rigourous R&D in our lab to develop the product and ensure quality and consistency of finished goods. To do this, we have a steady and reliable repertoire of suppliers who we can trust just as our customers can trust us. Finally, we provide our customers with QC reports based on their requirements as part of our customer services.
There are several formulators in the country, but none do their own field-trials before putting out a product. We also ensure the finished goods are easy-to-use for our end customers who need not be rocket scientists to use our products the right way.
